Since the beginning of this wonderful adventure in vacation rentals two years ago, we’ve made a conscious choice not to ask for a security deposit. That decision is based on a simple principle: trust. And so far, our guests have more than honored it.

Over the past two years, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming respectful and considerate travelers who have taken care of La Trivala as if it were their own home. It’s thanks to this relationship of mutual trust that we’re able to offer fair and accessible rates — and we truly hope to keep it that way for a long time to come.

We believe that mutual respect is worth far more than a check or a credit card hold. And to be completely honest: we wouldn’t choose to stay in a place that required one, either.

So, thank’s for your carefull with La Trivala.
And above all, enjoy your stay!
