Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Booking

1.1 – By making a reservation on our website, you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This contract concerns the rental of the La Trivala holiday home, located at 27 Rue Trivalle, Carcassonne, 11000.

It is a house featuring a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with various small appliances, a swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with showers, 2 toilets, and a Tropezian-style terrace.

1.2 – To book a stay, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, desired stay dates, number of occupants, etc.

1.3 – The reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a confirmation from us, including payment details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at +336 76 93 63 71 or by email at contact@latrivala.com.

Article 2 – Arrival Policy

The house is available from 4:00 PM, except in case of early check-in, validated with the owner.

Article 3 – Departure Policy

The room must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM, except in case of late check-out, validated with the owner (additional fees may apply).

Article 4 – Rates and Payment

4.1 – Payment for the stay is made according to the terms specified at booking, including the total amount, any service fees, and applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the type of booking and selected rates.

For any changes regarding the number of people or stay dates, please contact us directly; we will try to accommodate you based on availability.

4.2 – No cancellation fees apply more than 30 days before arrival. Beyond this period, the full amount of the reservation will be due. Any cancellation made before this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.

4.3 – Additional charges, such as local taxes, tourist tax, service fees, or security deposit, may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4.4 – Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price for normal usage. In case of abnormal usage, these may be charged separately.

Article 5 – Responsibilities of Travelers

5.1 – Travelers must respect the rules and policies of the property during their stay:

  • The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

  • Barbecues are prohibited.

  • Parties such as “bachelorette parties” are forbidden.

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises unless agreed upon by the owner. Additional fees may apply.

5.2 – Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler.

5.3 – Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage.

5.4 – Travelers are liable for any damages caused by themselves or any persons accompanying them; travelers are required to have insurance.

5.5 – The traveler, signatory of this contract, concluded for a fixed term, cannot claim any right to remain on the premises after the stay.

5.6 – The rental agreed upon between the parties in this contract cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred, even partially, to third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, without written consent from the owner.

Any violation may result in immediate termination of the rental, at the expense of the traveler who signed this contract. The rental fee will remain definitively acquired by ONSOKUP2TOUT.

Article 6 – Responsibilities of the Establishment

6.1 – We commit to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond our control.

6.2 – In case of any problem or complaint during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures to resolve the situation.

Article 7 – Disputes

Any claim related to the rental will be handled by the competent court.
